Q: I'm a fairly new consultant who just started out in the business. What resources do you recommend for me?

A: The best resource we have for new consultants, or for those restarting their business is the Triple Business Basics. This is a 2 CD set that gives all the foundational principles necessary for getting and keeping a full party schedule. It has phone scripts to help you gain confidence in talking with your potential hostesses and customers. Another resource I might recommend is "27 Strategies for Successful Scheduling." This is an online e-course that sends you 27 daily mini lessons to your inbox.
